Sue has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years. Starting her real estate career in Sales administration and then diversifying into property management before entering into the area of property sales. Sue’s knowledge has helped many an investor realize the true potential of property investing and many an owner occupier realize their dreams. Having been involved for the past 10 years with the Hedley Group selling "off the plan" developments, Sue realizes the importance of excellent communication skills and accuracy in the information you are passing on. As Co - owner of Cairns Front Door Realty Sue has hands on approach to every aspect of buying and selling property. Sue has developed many long standing friendships with the clients she has sold to, and she has a strong client based which is driven by referrals from the many satisfied clients she has assisted over the years.
After 8 years of a successful Real Estate career in NSW and QLD I decided to have a well earned break. During that time I enjoyed my time discovering another passion,the wonders of 'Children' and looking after them.What joy these little ones bring to you every day. Nothing taken for granted and they spend each minute in the moment, laughing, playing and having fun. Being with these wonderful children has enriched my life as well as built wonderful relationships and friendships.
Throughout my career In all that I have achieved I have always had an exceptional high work ethic, and at the end of the day feeling fulfilled to have done my best to achieving those goals and made a difference in someone else's life.......whether it's nurturing a child and helping them have the best day, a contented parent knowing they have left their child in good hands or helping someone find their home or sell their house, I believe it comes down to"quality not quantity",the simple basics of one individual giving value, listening to needs and satisfying the end result of meeting those expectations.
